College Show 2007
I thought that the end result of these months of work deserved a page of its own. I’ve even refrained from cutting the pictures right down, so these are thumbnails – if you click on them they will open up full size (not too big I hope – the largest are the fringe details at approx 100KB, but most are roughly half that size).
Here is the overall display, fresh from setting up:
These are the “finished articles”:
And in close-up:
And closer still – for those who share my interest in fringes and don’t mind that these are not perfect:
The business end – samples and all that painstaking documentation:

Carolyn, this is fantastic. You must be thrilled with the end result. All that hard work has definitely been worth it.

What lovely positive strokes! Thanks guys.
Well Done! What a wonderful end result. It was great to see the end result of the early mornings and late nights!
I love the colours!
Beautiful – I love the scarves especially…both classy and chique! Well done!
Dear Cally, just looked at these – they are wonderful. Do you take orders?!! hope you and Stuart are both well. Good luck with your Strathclyde course. love from the Bailey Family
Just browsing your work – found you through the Small Scarf Virtual Exhibition and wanted to say that I really love this show!
I too followed links from the Small Scarf Exhibition – but have just realised that the college show that these photos are from is the one from last year at Bradford College – which I visited and saw some really great work. I’m currently in the first year of the revised course at Bradford which is going OK – but previous years have set a very high standard to aim at. Really enjoyed the Small Scarf Exhibition and also the photos of your desk clutter which makes me feel a whole lot better about mine.
